Preference Points for Resident Deer and Elk?

Now that we are moving back to Wyoming, I noticed I didn't see anything in the regs about preference points for resident elk and deer.

I am just thick in the head or do they really not exist?

Yep. Elk, deer and antelope are all random draw.

So what your saying is I need to cash them in before I become a resident.

Looking at Bighorn Valley/Meetetse/Thermopolis/Cody or Star Valley/Bondurant/Pinedale/Big Piney.

    Just depends on jobs.

Kind of wierd to come back to Wyoming after 20 years in the military. With all the development it's doesn't much look the Wyoming I left 20 years ago.

Even on hundreds of trips while living in Washington State or Nevada.

    Development is a dirty word.

Had Alaska residence for almost 11 years, drew a Tok Management area sheep tag and got snowed out, and drew a Afognak brown bear tag and didn't kill one because we couldn't get a charter. Hopefully I can do those again. Good thing about Alaska is if you are a resident you can hunt sheep, goats and grizzly every year without a guide.
