    Nice set up.

    Unless the rings are canted I can't see what difference it makes. Some actions might throw brass and hit the nut, but either way.

    I was just razzin' him, because most put the nuts on the non-ejection side, for the brass reason.

    I have never lost an animal, but I had a heck of a time with crap bullets in Africa on oryx, red hartbeest, and kudu. Funny thing is the toughest African plains game animals are zebra and the one I shot folded like a piece of paper.

    I need more experience with the Accubond at +500 yards. Now that Nosler is making a 300 grain Accubond I'd like to see how it works at long range.

    Both my long range guns are 7MM's A 7MM RM and a 7MM RUM I shoot 160 grain Accubonds in both.

    Bet he didn't notice until after everything was mounted up solid. I laughed when I saw it, because I did the same thing once. It looked goofy enough to me, that I ended up remounting anything. My OCD was acting up again.
