My daughter at the fishing derby

We went to the Lassen Sportsmans fishing derby today and my daughter took second place! I'm proud of her! Its sad that parents are teaching their children to cheat like they do, rules say limit 5 and you have to keep all of the fish you catch. I saw so many hooks pulled out of smaller fish and thrown back in bleeding like a siv. I'm glad we did it fair and square and still placed.

    More pics coming!

Good for her! It's always more rewarding to follow the rules and do it the rite way.

Good job DR, you played by the rules and still kicked the cheaters butt. They couldn't have picked a nicer weekend to hold the derby, I was at Almanor this weekend pre-fishing for an upcoming tournament and flat got ROASTED.........caught some nice smallies too. Congraguate your daugter one more time for doing it right.

Congrats DR. Way to get it done the right way. My daughter just called me as I was reading this and wants to go fishing after I get off work. Pretty hard to say no now. Lol
