Things are going as planned for me this year. So far

I drew my elk and deer tags for Colorado. I will be hunting in your neighborhood for elk Old Hunter. I used my points on a 1st rifle 49 bull tag. I won't know about Arizona or Iowa deer until later. I am also going to hunt Nebraska deer and Wyoming elk this year.

Finally drew my Colorado goat tag after 12 years of accumulating points. Unit 3/103 west of Craig, one of the best units with lots of public land. Didn't draw my 4th season buck tag, need another point....next year. Won't know for a week or so if I get my ML elk tag as I put in for a point as first choice. Didn't draw the desert sheep tag....again. Won't know for about a month on my Wyoming goat tags. If I don't get the ML elk tag, I'll probably buy a left over cow tag.

All in all, not to bad. Really excited about the Co. goat tag!!!

I'm still waiting on Wy and Nv. Nv will be out by the end of next week and Wy end of next month. Very exciting time and anticipating the draws.
