After many years of applying in Nevada, I finally drew a late season archery tag in the Rubies (101L). Only the last 7 years I could afford to let go of the license fee to earn a NR point. I hope this is a good tag, it was my last choice? I have never had the fortune of hunting this famous area or even Nevada for that matter. Can anyone give me a starting point? I don't mean your secret honey hole drainage where all the big bucks come down to rut, but maybe a general area? Any help would be appreciated.

I drew 101-104 antelope, and 141-145 deer. These are my first archery tags, first antelope tags, and first nevada tags to boot. Any info to get me started would be very much appreciated, though I don't mean to intrude on anyone's stomping grounds in the least!

You got the diamonds! That's some rugged country, but the states number 2 non typical came from those mountains! Good luck!
