2010 Wyoming trip with the old man

This was alot better than the first time I have seen Wyoming. Passed through there in 08 going back east on a snow goose hunt and it was a blizzard both ways through Wyoming.

Nice looking Speed Goat. My mom lives over in Wy. Those things are all over the place. Its truely a great place to get a trophy sized animal like that.
Too much desert for my liking but fun to visit.
    I hunt because........

That looks like a beautiful mount. Did you have it done in Wyoming? Looking at lots of different mounted antelope, it seems to me that most look like crap. So many of them seem dull and faded. Is that just normal? Do they all start to fade after a few years? I would love to mount one but not if they turn out like most of the ones that I've looked at.

Thanks guys. That is the biggest one I saw in 5 days of hunting the rut and believe me we saw a TON! 62 different bucks the first day. Yes I counted. The mount was done locally here in reno by a friend of mine who is also my duck hunting buddy. He does great work. Some of the best I've seen. I think if you take care of them, keep them out of direct sunlight and dust em off once in a while they shouldn't become dull. I still haven't had him officially measured. I scored him 82 and some change green but that was me and I'm not a measurer.

Great looking goats! Love the pics also. I can't wait to go back there myself.
