5 or 10? That would be a dream. A few states still do that, but it gets worse each year. Utah is now over 500. 200 of which are involved in this unaccountability scam. For the balance, 90% of the proceeds are supposedly accounted for and go to the UTDOW........supposedly. However, I even question that.
I for one am amazed SFW got away with this for 4 years or so. Shady backroom deals. The mastermind of this Utah scam needs to go to jail with Blagojavich.
