    Ya same up there. You are not allowed to off-road anyting like ATV's, even for a simple extraction. Although my partner visited a few of the company's offices and got written permission to use an ATV to retrieve a moose should we get one. In the end it was the timber company's skidder that hauled mine out! Didn't need a paper for that.

    Weird isn't it That's what I thought when I started hunting out west that You had to pay to hunt on private ground You just couldn't ask to hunt. Yes!! some well let You without a fee
