    Is it too late to purchase points in any state? Or do some states still allow buying them?

    You can still buy points in Wyoming.

    WY non-res points haven't even opened yet have they?

    WY points still to come I believe...

    that's the only state left that I know of really.

    I say all points in WY are worth it minus that of sheep.
