Wyoming deer unit 10 region B

I have a few questions. When is the rut for deer and antelope in this area?I drew a antelope tag for 27, what are the chances I will run across a decent mule deer buck in the same area while Im hunting for antelope? Also The left over deer tags go on sell july 10th, can I buy 1 over the phone or do I have to go the internet route?

Antelope should be in the later stages of the rut in during the season but the deer won't rut until mid November. The mule deer season is only 7 days long and I believe they put a point restriction on this year. I have seen some big mule deer bucks there but never during season, they are there I just haven't found one yet.

That helps a bunch , Im going to pass on that tag and use the money on some better gear.
