Idaho Units 15 and 16

Does any one have any info on these units for elk and deer. For some reason I have a wild hair to buy a couple over the counter tags and drive up to idaho for the hell of it.

Ive hunting 15 for a few years and my dad still hunts it...Over the past few years the wolves have made it tough to archery hunt, the elk quit being vocal making it tougher to locate them, There is still elk in the area with some decent bulls just gotta put on the miles and get off the main trails...Are you planning on archery hunting or rifle?

Going to either of those units will be about as good as anywhere else in the state for a general rifle season tag. Unit 16 will reward those who aren't afraid to put their tread down on some steep terrain.

Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully I'll get a chance to make it up there. If not this year, I'm already am making plans to go next season if I don't get drawn for anything.

I know very little about Idaho, I need to go back and study past MRS sections about the state.
