    This may be a stupid question, but what snakes do I have to worry about in SW Colorado in Mid September?

    About the timber rattler.................I meant southern pacific, for some reason I thought the dark ones were called timber but I looked it up and they were the southern pacific. I'm use to seeing the western dimondbacks around my house, witch are alot lighter in color.
