If I acquired a preference point in the 2012 draw can I apply for an additional pp by purchasing just the pp before September 30th, 2012? Didn't know if your only allowed 1 pp per calender year?

You can only accumilate 1 point per year. The july to September period is for poeple that didn't apply for a hunt and still want to buy a point. Nice try though.

No, only 1 point per year. If you got drawn for say antelope and now have 0 points, you have to wait until 2013 until you can buy another point. You would go into the 2013 draw with 0 points.
