So I drew a limited entry archery elk tag with my 2nd choice that now I am unable to go on but I would like to exchange it for an over the counter rifle tag can I do this what are my options??

Interesting question. They might make you return the original tag, before you can buy the OTC tag, but i'm guessing. I'd give the DOW a call on Monday.
Even if they will exchange. They'll want the tag you have in their hand before doing a swap.Pete

The left over tag list is posted online as well so check that out and see if there is one you want. They go on sale Aug. 10th.

Yeah they will. You just have to get the exchange done before the start of bow season.
