    Possible new NV state record

Possible new state record typical buck for NV. I have shot with the guy in between the antlers as he lives right by me. I also know the guy 2nd from the left as I shot with him in Ely.

Well I am going off of is that my buddy with that deer told me this July they had found a buck last year that was pushing the state record and this year they were going back to try and get him. I will have to talk to my buddy and get the whole story and the green score. I shot with Trevor in Ely and shot in front of Erik. I shoot with Gary too.

Don't get me wrong if any guide is going to get the state record it would be Trevor in Ely. I hope it is the new state that would be some great bragging rites to add to all the Elk they have taken.

I think people get caught up in scores way to much, regardless of score, it is a nice deer. Congrats to the hunter and the guides.

Nice buck but know where near the state record, about 25 inches short. The buck has been on mm for a while, the guy who shot it said is nets 179.

State record or not, that's a beautiful buck in velvet.
