    3 Elk Tags

    I just hope we have the elk to support this. It would be really upsetting if everyone could get three elk tags just because the G&F needs money, and not because we really have that many elk.

    I was thinking the same thing...I haven't heard anything about any area in Wy. being over populated with elk.

    Goodness, y'all must be overrun with elk up there. Guess you need some more wolves.

    I think the areas that are listed are just limited quota cow/calf they just have a history of not selling all the tags. So this is just a way to make sure the tags get sold and generate more revenue

    Mine ain't goin' nowhere. I'm way too sexy. Plus, I'm an excellent turkey guide, and she only likes to hunt for a maximum of 3 hours before killing a bird.

    We appear to have gotten off topic though, lets get back to figuring out how to reduce the population of Wyoming elk.
