I have had them Bugling 2nd season after the Orange storm left!!! Flurries and the Bulls started Bugling Back and forth!! Sure it wasn't the Big Boys but some Cows must of been hot !!! They still did not want to leave the timber but would skirt the edges!! Elevation was around 10,000 ft Just below timberline. More common during first season!!

Thanks Bleu. 5 of my friends just got home this weekend from WY general elk and killed 4 bulls, they said the elk were still bugling and managed to call in some bulls. They all killed small bulls but 4 out of 5 on a general season hunt is pretty darn good in my eyes.
