Any insight on this area? Unit 83 & 85 in the San Isabel national forest, and North Fork. We hunt a great deal of private land in Unit 851 just south of there and it is world class. However, I've never hunted the public areas in these units. Have some buddies wanting to do a DIY public land archery elk hunt next season and I have considered this area because its close to our other camps. Curious if anyone has general direction (good, average, or stay away).
