    Montana or Wyoming General Seasons

I am trying to decide whether to put in for the MT Combo tag and an archery unit or put in for a WY blue chip area with a general tag second choice. Montana has better odds, success rates (General seasons), and actually ranks higher in B&C (last 5 years). Wyoming seems to be a longer wait for blue chips, but has great bulls and some better rifle seasons. I have never hunted either one. Any thoughts?

I haven't hunted WY, but MT has some great bowhunting opportunities.

Just got back from public land diy in WY with general tag. I Tagged a 6x6, my buddy had shot at 5x6 but missed. I have not hunted montana. This was our first year to apply and was drawn, maybe just luck i dont know. I saw quite a few good bulls over 9 days.
