    Early Birthday Present

My birthday is next week and I casually mentioned to my wife that there was a book I would like if she was inclined to get me a gift. (We usually just exchange cards or do something special). I wanted "HUNTING THE AMERICAN WEST" by Richard Rattenbury. I saw it on the newsletter I get from the Boone & Crocket Club. Got it today and it is a winner!! Really worth the $$$. Its like most coffee table books with lots of photos, but everything is hunting and almost all big game from 1800 to 1900. lots of text too. Now all I have to do is read it.

Happy upcoming Birthday Colorado Cowboy. Your own book of life is getting fuller by the day. At 71 you surly will have some grand adventures told in those pages so far. I know I've enjoyed reading some that you've shared so far in your posts here on Eastmans'. Your book is not finished yet though. I hope and pray you will have many more awesome adventures to add to your own book of life my friend. Make your book and each page the best one you possibly can!
