    I use them for my jerky and I usually find their flavoring a little mild also. I usually add a little more too it. My favorite one is probably the garlic pepper one.. I ate like 6 pounds of it in 2 days.. I was extremely sick afterwards but it was so worth it!

    I won't argue that they are a little weak, but it's easy to add to it if you'd like. I also like the convenience of the sausage kits instead of having to find all the ingredients, casings, separately.
