    co unit 33 ?

    I was wondering if any has hunted this unit I have a line on a 33 acre piece of private property and it backs up to blm land that is land locked by private the person wants a 1000$ tresspass fee but we can camp on and hunt the property as well (water , electric ) just trying to see if its worth it looking at second rifle season for next yr , I'm fixing to go on co website and do some research

    How much land locked BLM ground is there? $1,000 bucks for 33 acres is not a good deal!

    That’s good! Do some research like you said the Colorado DOW website and the local biologist will help you make your decision with the elk numbers in that area?

    33 acres that adjoins 10K blm that is surrounded by private. What about the other private prop, any idea what they do about hunting?

    That's we asked her she said that she lived their for 5 yrs and didnt see alot of hunters , she keeps telling us that we should come 4 season cuz the heard comes in from off a golf course and hangs in their for the winter looking at the maps he looks relatively low country 8000 ft any one ever heard of the rifle golf course herd ? supposedly all the elk go to this blm land from rifle gap resivoir when they get pressured from hunters
