    Wyoming Region Y success

Had a great time this past week in region Y for the opening of rifle. Saw lots of deer and antelope. Lot bigger deer then in past years. The only disappointing thing was being finished deer and antelope hunting by Tuesday morning

Here is the mulie I took. 21-inch inside spread. 3x5 or 3x6 not sure if the small one counts

Here is a pic of the four that we took. The fork is my brothers. First time hunting mulies.

Congrats! Good looking bucks. Did you guys pack in on horses & mules or did you go in on foot?

We just hiked in to some BLM land adjacent to the bighorns. We saw three or four other deer in the same class or slightly larger all in the same area.

We picked up OTC doe antelope tags. They look very tasty

Congrats, sounds like you all were gutting and dragging more than you were hunting.

Congrats. That is an awesome week! I have a question, is it legal to use a bow with that same rifle tag? Are either weapons acceptable? My brother and I are wanting to do a DIY mule deer hunt, but he would like to use a rifle and I would like to use a bow. I had been considering WY Region Y. Maybe this is where we should go...

Again, congratulations. That looks like a great hunt!
