Packing your kid?
We hike 2 or 3 miles every night around our house, and I have a pack we got given to us to haul the 1 year old daughter in.
To put it bluntly, the pack sucks, it is adjustabile, but doesn't stay in adjustment and slides down my back.
Does anyone have any experience hauling their kids in a fairly good kid packing backpack?
Which one did you like?
We have a Kelty and it works great. I have even put our 4 year old in it when he gets tired and able to haul him around in it.

Thank you very much.
I told the wife I wanted a kid mountaineering pack. I reckon it ought to be that good since you are packing a pretty good load. Daughter weighs 34 pounds, growing like a weed.
I also have a Kelty and love it!
Ordered it on Ebay found it for $225 and they are $275 everywhere else. Got the green one! As no camo was offered.
You could get a brown sharpie and make it camo! Haha
Brown might be prettier than the red sharpie I have here at the house.
Anyone for Christmas camo?
Haha brown is definitely better than red! I have a few here at my house if you want me to send you one! I camo everything! Lol
Jen,
But what pattern? That's the real question.
Realtree all the way.. Although that mag take awhile to do with sharpies.. You would probably have an easier time using camp duct tape and taping some leaves and branches on.
