I am a little confused by Idaho's application process.

Basically if I apply for a mountain goat, I can't apply for anything else as a non-resident?

Ideally I'd like to apply for antelope, elk, mule deer and mountain goats, but even though I am a bit confused by it I think it is telling me I can not apply for anything but the goat.

Is that correct?

Trying to plan out 2013's November. Looks like I'll be moving back to the states in November of next year.
