NW Elk 3rd choice?

I just put in for my New Mexico elk tags, I'm just having a hard time figuring out what to choose for my 3rd choice. My first to choice were HD demand units for archery elk and muzz season, but just in case I would really like to put in for an area that has a good chance of getting drawn. Any suggestions on units that has large numbers, not really looking for trophy class, i would prefer an archery hunt but open to any weapon.
