Great deer. Looks like you'll be needing some new tires for your ATV as well - those things are slick!!

The draw odds were VERY poor at best. But with Idahos system anything can happen and someone in idaho must want me to hunt deer because I have drawn the 2 times I have put in for controlled hunts (the other time was in the panhandle and I didnt get a deer but backpacked some awesome country!). elk and antelope I have had no luck drawing at all yet. Tires are the least of the ATV's problems. It has a bent frame and is chewing up the front tires pretty bad and I decided in not putting new tires till I fix the frame. My 270 is a model 70 Winchester from the 50's. Hey ivorytip, I saw a bull there that woulda sure looked nice with your super tag on him! He was a HOLY F#@! bull! you know the kind that comes into the spotting scope and the only thing that comes to mind is HOLY F#@!. !!!!! Wish I coulda got better pics of him but the elk I saw were far away. I realized how far they were when I spotted the first 2 with my binos and thought they were deer until I put the spotter on them.

    MM,
Your one lucky fucker. That a great deer and antelope you shot this year. Sure beats the hell out of hunting in WA. I hunted a whole week in the Okanogon without killing a buck, so its off to the NE corner for that late whitetail hunt. Did you ever score your antelope?
