going to cabo the end of sept looking for a charter i know there is plenty but would like some input on who to and who not to fish with. looking for a some sort of billfish but would also like to catch fish to make in enjoyable for my wife.

If you haven't booked yet, check out the resorts 40 miles north of Cabo on the East Cape. I've been to Rancho Leonero at least half a dozen times. They have their own fleet of boats. It is super laid back and comfortable for a family. It is not the place to go if you like the night life. There are usually some great deals in September, but that is also storm season.
