    We do it all are self. From Cutting and Grinding. To Smoking with Hickory or Cherry wood and Packaging... We have built are own Smoke House to Smoke All are Wild Game and Fish With....

    Good on you. I need to learn how. I still pay to have sausage made, our local company does a great job but it gets expensive!

    Same for me AKA. The local shop was $120 min cut and wrap last time I checked.(for deer) Thats not including pastrami, jerky or pepperoni sticks. A few years back we had to start doing it ourselves but I really enjoy it.
