If you apply for every state out west it can be extremely expensive. My reccommendation is to do it yourself & forget app services. If you have a vehicle, tractor, boat, livestock or whatever for collateral. Figure up your total cost to apply & go down to the bank. Take a 6 month balloon note. As you get refunded pay on your note. It will cost you a little bit of interest, but you gotta pay to play!
