Can't wait until I get the opportunity to hunt AK. Maybe next year if I get lucky enough to avoid the unexpected costs that seem to put a huge dent in my hunting fund each year.

Curious the details of your caribou hunt? Guided, unguided, where at in Alaska? I would love to go up and hunt caribou sometime, prefer to do it unguided though.

I am a rifle hunter. Killed these caribou DIY in unit 13 in AK inwhich is a resident only area. The units that allow non-residents have a bunch of presure and are usually fly-in areas.

You are just killin me with the pics. I have wanted to hunt caribou for as long as I can remember. As soon as I have the money I'm headed north. Congrats on a couple great bulls.
