Heard rumor that Russel Outdoors is going out of business, checked their website and everything in stock is 30% off. Anyone else heard this?

I ordered a pair of the cyclone pants about a month ago, used them for three days and had a problem with some of the seems, tried to return them and found out that they were going out of business. They didn't have any replacements and I had to call russell and really raise hell to get a refund. I had bought them from Linton outdoors and They called russell for me and helped me get the refund. I liked the pants until they started falling apart, and Linton told me that that was not typical for russell apparel but I would be cautious about buying any myself, if you have a issue you might be in a bad spot.

Interesting...I also noticed they were offering 30% discounts. I always thought they had great gear. Kings Mountain was offering even bigger discounts and great package deals for their products. I bought the Russell Cyclone jacket and pants for $100. It seemed like an awesome deal for a full set of rain gear. I can't even buy a decent cheap set for that price. I looked for reviews and couldn't find much out there, so I went for it. Have others had similar problems as Homegrown? I just bought them last week, so I could return them.
