    Bowcast at the bird

Has anyone participated in the Bowcast at the bird before? If so could you tell me what it is like and if it is worth the regristration fee?

Well worth the registration. If you are a back country hunter and like long crazy up and down shots you will love it! Just be advised if you are not used to taking these kind of shots, bring plenty of arrows. I have heard that this is the last year they are doing it.

Its a crazy awesome shoot. Its definitely worth going to at least once. Like RUTTIN said you better be practicing out to 90-100yrds before you go and definitely make sure your 3rd Axis is set on your bow, because there are some really tough shots and the main course will stretch you out. The hiking is awesome, the scenery is epic and the shooting/target placement is amazing. Here is a video I shot and put together.
