If you had to pick the best state to hunt for a monster bull which would you pick? Would you save points up, or if available buy a land owner tag? Guided or unguided? If guided who would you choose? Gun or Bow?

I would probably pick UT but AZ would be right there. If I bought a land owner tag would go guided, I ate a 13 point UT tag last year do to new job, tell me that don't suck. I would also choose to do with a bow.
Consider AZ for sure
