    WY antelope for 2013

My hunting partner talked to a biologist today for unit 67 and was told the antelope and deer in his area are down 50% I thought this area was outside the last major winter kill area. How are things looking this winter and does the rest of the state look this bleak?

    Thanks.

Weather around there has been quite cold. Highs in the 20s if we r lucky. Lows well below zero. Not to much snow.

They are predicting a large winter kill this year regardless of what the weather is like due to the severe drought we had last summer. Animals are heading into the winter in a more fragile stage and there isnt alot of food for them in their winter areas.
