I am working on Remington 700 for the upcoming 2013 hunting season. Currently have a 40mm Leupold scope mounted on an EGW 20MOA base with low Warne quick detachable rings.

The issue is the scope still sits a little bit too high, and I cannot get a full cheek weld on the stock.

My question is, does any other manufacturer make a 20MOA or 0MOA rail with a shorter height profile? I really like the idea of the QD rings for scope placement while shooting prone, but I would really need to get the scope lower.
I am not against having fixed bases & rings, as long as i can get the scope in a similar position for prone shooting.

Any other base/ring recommendations for a lower scope mounting would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
