Just curious when I can put in, no risk of drawing anything with single digit points...
I know the deadline is May 1st and I called yesterday and the recording said they weren't even mailing books till late March.

I don't know off the top of my head but I think a couple of months away.
and I believe everyone has a chance in MT even with 0 or 1 point.
