Yeah, I am in Laramie. Hunted this area my whole life. Pretty heart breaking seeing all of the dead trees, but the grasses are insane. Elk are really making out well because of the kill. I have family in Pinedale and come up there quite often. You guys have quite the bear problem. Sounds like everyone was running into more humpies and blacks then elk last season in the Winds. I will try to load some more pics.

Great pictures! I hope to get some of my own soon! Why are some trees immune to the beetles? I would expect a massive wild fire in the years to come.

ok elktracker....lets see... i got Temple peak in the background of the first few, are you above Irish canyon? and dont lie to us....we know where you live! lol or you could be around the Big Sandy, but i think ur closer to I.C. i hunt just north of you....the head of the east fork.
