You didn't believe me? You have really bad odds for 481. This happened last year.
For 1st rifle season you have 70 tags. You had 134 hunters apply for the tags. 49 hunters had 1 point or more. That left 11 tags for those with no points. 89 hunters applied for those 11 tags. Really bad odds.
Now you're left with 66 as a 2nd pick. The odds are much worse than 481 as a 1st pick.
