What do you look for in a bullet?

I want a bullet with a high BC, stays together long enough to make it to the boiler room and has moderate weight retention. The Accubond does this in spades. I believe Nosler is releasing thier new AB shortly with an even higher BC, can't remember exactly what it is off hand.

For elk I use nothing but Nosler Partition! I know it's old school compared to all the new bullets. But I'm old and it woks for me. I use Sierra Spitzer BTs in my deer and antelope loads in 30-06 & 25-06. Again old school, but has served me well for over 50 years. Besides as I've said before....Dead is dead!!!

All I use are Remington Core-Lokt's in my 270. I have had great success with them and mostly 1 shot kills!

core lokts work best in my .270 aswell. has never let me down. shot a large bull moose @ 200 yards with 150g and that beast of the woods only made it 20 yards. big fan of accubonds and nothing but hornady for levraction

Mine must say Nosler, it depends on the animal whether the box says "Partition" or "Accubond".

2. What's the Game to be Shot
3. I have Sierra, Nosler & Hornady as my Favorites & All make Great Bullets, I do have a Box of Barnes bullets but yet to try.

I'm like Xtreme. Depends on the application. I've shot them all at one time or another for one reason or another. My favorite is the one I'm using at that particular time.
