    Spring Shooting

Spring Shooting is right around the corner and many of us have bought new firearms. What did you get and what scope did you put on it?

I picked up a savage youth 7mm-08, and a Bushmaster in 308. The savage came with a basic Bushnell but works fine for my kid for now. The 308 has a Vortex Viper. Although I have recently shot them to get sighted in I'm looking forward to some range time once things warm up a bit.

I'm in the process of getting a new muzzleloader. No scope as they are not allowed in Nevada. Other than that, shooting my bow and need to send a few rounds down range through my 7mag.

I usually burn a thousand rounds a year through my .220 swift, .243,.17 rem, and .22 hornet shooting prairie dogs but with all these shortages going on, this year I think I'm going to pass.

Hey Dr, what kind of muzzleloader are you getting?

My muzzleloader will be here Monday. A KonusPro scope on a CVA Accura MR. I have a Savage 16FHSS 243WIN coming next month. Will be putting a Vortex Viper 3-9x40 scope on it with Talley mounts.

I always wanted to get one of those, sounds like a nice set up. Stainless or blued?

I may not be shooting anything other than my air-rifle this spring ...... I just came back from looking for .22LR ammo.

I've heard ammo has been hard to find, so I've been casually looking, but geeze!
