I just got an email today that the AZF&G is going to begin charging credit cards soon for the elk and antelope drawing, and to make sure your credit card info is valid and up to date.
My wife and I are in for long shots just to earn a point and really don't expect to draw, but who knows. Let us know as soon as someone sees a charge on their card

Nobody knows, talking to a friend in az, historically, they conduct the draw the week of or week after deadline to change cc. Then start charging ccs later that week or next week.

The regulation brochure says they will mail out tags and refunds by April 19th, so the drawing should be any day now.
