    Boots for the Tundra?

I am going on a Caribou hunt and wanted to know what you guys use for boots. I see a lot of hunters using boots like Muck boots, and Bogs. But I need far more support than those boots give.

Where are you hunting and what type of caribou? We generally hunt in Extra Tuffs. Tundra can be very wet but if you only hunt ridgetops, a good snow-coated leather boot should work. I wouldn't go afield without rubber boots and in many areas I take hip-boots.

Plan on hunting in Northern Quebec for Labrador Caribou. I was going to get a set of Wiggy's lightweight waders to go over my boots for water crossings and such. I have a pair of the insulated BOG's and cannot stand to do any walking in them. I really need good support. I had Plantar Fasciitis a few years ago and I also have poor ankles. Thanks for the help.
