I've got the Green Mountain Grill. I love it too. What I liked about the Green Mountain is that it has a digital temp controller, and you can set your temp in 5░ increments. It goes down to 150░F for smoking fish, and up to 500░F for steaks. Awesome grill.

Speaking of grills, anybody here have a 55-gallon drum grill?

I've got my drum and I just got my oxy-acetylene torch up and running, so I'm going to start working on that soon.

Just looking for any ideas or suggestions from anybody that's built one or has one.
Ah, the nostalgic aroma of a yak dung stove brewing up some tea full of herbs best left untranslated.
