Crimson Arrow---I just watched the entire video again and the kid did miss the first shot just like I stated! Aaron says in the video that the first shot hit below the belly and then when they found the bull he explained that after the first shot he made a quick correction for elevation and the kid put the second shot where he aimed and hit the bull. I agree with your comments 100% and pretty much have stated the same things before as to why I'm against this LR stuff.

This thread is getting ugly in a hurry as this topic always seems to.

As I stated before, he hit the bull both times. Aaron said so on a different website.

Yea, right! He says right in the video after they recover the bull that the correction to the scope allowed the kid to hit it on the second shot after a miss on the first. Seems as though you could see two 7mm mag wounds without having to dress/skin it out, but if that's correct it's just more proof IMHO that the shot shouldn't have been taken at that long distance!

Not ugly, but it would help if a certain member from Wyoming would quit misquoting comments of other members and making statements like that last one that are a play on what I said that WAS fact!!! I'm done because I'm not going to get in a pizzing match with him like he's attempting to do here and also has done on the LR site before with me!!!

Ikeepitcold, will you please shut this piece of crap down. This subject always gives the forum a black eye.

When I started this thread I hoped it wouldn't end up this way. Just wanted a discussion. I know that we are passionate both ways, but it's drifted a little off course as far as I'm concerned.

I agree. I was trying to keep it going. It was doing well until the last page or two. It went longer then I thought. Thanks to all for keeping it respectfull as long as we did. Till the next one.......
