it takes alot more than 4 pointrs to draw 76 first rifle elk tag, and 61 for non residents for bow is at least 12 points

Yeah Like I posted earlier 5 points gives you a 68% chance of a first rifle tag and 6 points gives you a 100% chance of drawing it. You can look it up on the "On Your Own Adventures" website.
