I'll never forget, one of my darkest days. May God be with our Nation!

I still remember where I was sitting in my truck waiting to get through road construction when I herd about 9/11 on the radio. Many of our lives took a different direction that day including my own.

I was 19, and a sophomore in college. My cousin and I went teal hunting that evening, figuring it may be one of our last chances to hunt. We were pretty sure we would have to go to war soon. It was strange to hunt all evening, and never see a single plane fly over.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
