What's your favorite bullets in what calibers?

Been using Nosler ballistic tips in 115gr in my 25-06. Just switched to Berger VLD in 115gr. I'm thinking about switching my 300 wby to 210gr bergers.

235 gr. Barnes X in .375, 150 gr. Nosler accubond in .308, just loaded some new 200 gr. Speer deep-curl in .308, haven't tried them on game yet. The Barnes X's worked perfectly on Elk & Moose. The Noslers on Deer & Antelope. Perfect results along with good accuracy with either.

Barnes all copper X series bullets in most everything I have.

My favorite are the .500" Thor conicals in 250 grain for my muzzy loader.

I like Accubonds, especially the 160gr. 7mm. It produces one hole groups in my Win model 70 7mm rem mag on paper and two hole groups on most everthing I've shot with it. I use the 110 in my .257 Roberts and 25-06.

been using 150gr. in .270 Remington my whole life, always worked well for me, thinking about getting a .300 also! does anyone have advice on whether I should get the RUM or a WSM. Or would the 7mm be a better choice, what about the 6.5 ?

Berger match grade VLD 168gr in 7mm, my favorite. BC is 617.

I am switching to that bullet from 140 accubonds. I have some on the bench waiting for me to get home and go out and work up a load.
How far are they off the lands out of your gun?

Berger recommends that you seat your bullets touching the lands. I loaded them in my 264 off the lands about .010, shot sub MOA with the first load I tried. I emailed berger and they shared some load info with me for 3 different bullets and about 6 different powders.

I like the 7mm. The BC of 617 in Berger 168 should be the better of the group and is capable of long range

I ran into this on another forum. Interesting read. Needless to say I have loaded some up just haven't had the opportunity to send em down range.
