Wyoming Regoin M Area 40 Mule Deer Hunting

Hey guys my family and I are planning a trip out to Wyoming to hunt muleys this year and since all the tags were sold out in region y where we usually go we are planning on heading to area 40 in region m. We are looking to camp in the big horn forest in the northeast corner of the area. Does anyone have any suggestions of spots to go or tips for our hunt? I appreciate any advice.

    Thanks,

    Brandon

Here we go again, LOL! Have fun, hunt hard, and you may get lucky. It's great country whether you see any deer or not!

I've hunted there the last 2 years. No Muleys, only elk and road hunters. 164 is a better area.

Thanks for the input but we won't be able to make it during the season for area 164. We were also looking at region t but we were thinking region m would be better. Does any one have any experience in region t? Would that possibly be a better choice?

There is a big HMA down there on military reservation land, but I have never hunted it.
