    I have the same soup this year. Only it's the Idaho Elk tag soup flavor.

    Ours is a blend of 2 deer tags and one elk tag. Pretty common blend, but usually more elk than deer.

    Now thats funny IKIC!! I hear its best to soak the tag for a week first to soften it up

    I had some of that this year too.. My recipe included elk, bear and tears.

    For only the 2nd time in my hunting career, I didn't have tag soup this year lol
